If we thoroughly commit ourselves to God’s work, we can expect attacks from the enemy of our souls. We don’t make truces.  We press on.

Our first line of defense is prayer.  Our Father in heaven and our Savior, Jesus, are but a heart’s-cry away.  We rely upon the Holy Spirit to lead us in prayer.

We are committed to boldly praying for each other. Whether the entire congregation is needed to pray, or simply the leadership team (confidentially), God has asked us to “fill the gap” for each other in prayer.

The church is a body of believers.  Each part of the body has a vested interest in keeping the body nourished, protected, and healthy.  When one part is in sorrow, the entire body slumps in sadness.  And when another part rejoices, the entire body is captured by joy!  Whether in times of darkness or in moments of sheer praise, may God’s Kingdom be ever expanding through our commitment to cover one another in prayer.
