The restoration of Victoria Memorial Square represents an important development in our neighbourhood and is a key element in the creation of a “Grand Boulevard” connected to Clarence Square. The complete restoration of Victoria Memorial Park is anticipated in 2007. We are very thankful to the Wellington Place Neighbourhood Association for their tireless efforts in seeing that this historic square becomes an important neighbourhood sanctuary.
