Images- how we learn language!
When you first learned to speak and learn words it was through associating items with a word.  You saw a ball and said ‘ball’.  When learning new vocabulary words it helps to include a picture of the word being defined.

This page has more videos explaining HOW to add images using the following techniques:

1) drag and drop using Safari
2) copy & paste using Firefox
3) importing from iPhoto

Adding IMAGES to NOTES in Inspiration-
Video 1: Drag and Drop using Safari.

Note:  Dragging and dropping works better than copying & pasting.  If copying & pasting it is common to get just the image’s URL and no image.
Video 2: Copy & Paste using Firefox.

Note:  It works better if you go to the actual image rather than trying to pull the image from a search window.  Try both methods out a few times before doing this as part of a lesson.
Video 3: Using images in your iPhoto library.

Note:  Safari makes it easy to save images into your iPhoto library.  You can also import images into your iPhoto library from other image files.
