“Daily, I usually drink my organic, raw food Super Smoothie for breakfast and lunch. For dinner, I prepare a colorful, organic meal with lots of different taste sensations. I experiment with color, texture, size, taste, and nutritional value. Dark leafy greens such as kale and spinach provide the most nutrition. I usually eat 90% raw food daily. 10% is for cooked brown rice, pasta, bread, or frozen desert. I will add my latest meals over time.
