With the leadership of our incredible coaches and a dedicated group of volunteers, Lake Oswego Community Rowing is coming on strong in the Portland rowing community. We are a volunteer-run, non-profit organization that offers rowing programs for adults and juniors, recreational rowers and racers alike.

No Experience? No Worries! LOCR offers both sweep rowing and sculling classes if you're looking to give rowing a try, and we've got a membership program for experienced rowers that gives both recreational and competitive master's rowers a great deal of flexibility.

Our growing junior team  is coming off an exciting third season with a lot of momentum. With many victories at both the Regional and International level, this team is becoming a great force in the region.
