Welcome to my website!  I hope you will enjoy browsing and will come away informed and inspired about the great health benefits of adding fresh whole grains to your diet.  Below you will see a brief description of each of the links found at the top of the page.

On the Products page you will see listings of products currently available for purchase (and information on upcoming products and availability).   I mill my own grains the day that I bake the bread, ensuring the freshest possible product with the greatest nutritional content.  I use Montana Wheat berries (Bronze Chief and Prairie Gold) which are chemical/pesticide free and known for superior flavor.  Other natural ingredients include honey, sucanat (evaporated cane sugar), raisins, spelt, millet, etc.  You can see more detailed information on the Products page.  Try them, you will truly taste the fresh milled difference in my breads!
