Women-Only Mountain Bike Rides
All Abilities Welcome
Meet other women who mountain bike and work on your biking skills and fitness level in a nurturing and supportive environment.
Most rides are beginner-friendly, but are geared toward women who have at least a little mountain biking experience. Some rides are for more experienced riders. Rides are expected to last from
1 to 4 hours. Depending on the size of the group, smaller groups will be formed on the basis of skill level and interest.
All riders MUST wear a helmet, bring water, and have a trail-ready bike. Riders should also carry the usual basics: spare tube(s), a pump, tire levers, a chain tool, and basic allen wrenches.
All riders ride at their own risk, group leaders take no responsibility for rider safety/injury.
