We are a not-for-profit organisation, based to the North of Milton Keynes. Our aim is to further the cause of Karate-Do (the way of Karate) in this region. The style is predominantly Okinawan Go-Ju-Ryu Karate, but people of many styles have trained here. We teach Martial Arts to adults and children; for the adults the main themes are fitness and self defence, for the children the themes are health, self discipline and character. We are affiliated to the Tony Christian Academy of Karate-Do. For selected adult students there is also the option to study Kobudo (old weapons) including Nunchaku, Sai and Sword. Please note, we now have an on-line shop where you can buy logoed merchandise safely to be delivered to your home. In the future we will be introducing a line of Adult and Cadet size Karate Gis (suits) with the logo already embroidered, so no more sewing !
