Thank you for visiting my page and learning more about Living Foods. My Raw Food eating began three years ago when I had the realization that disease can happen to anyone (my sister had breast cancer and my dog abdominal cancer) and although I cannot control my future, I can control what I put in my mouth. I have a resource/childhood friend (Kimberlie) that I haven’t seen in 20 years- yet she has been raw for over 8 years. It was great to have her there for any questions! (www.berliesbrands.com) I immediately immersed myself in UnCooking in the kitchen after my kids went to sleep, making Yummy concoctions! I am Raw Chef Certified and continuously looking for ways to improve health and reach the High Vibe:) I also has a BS in Business Finance from Boston College and have worked in Financial Consulting, College Administration, Teaching as well has having owned my own business for the prior 5.5 years. I look forward to helping people improve their overall wellness.
