Hmm.. Yes. Vapor. With Hyperwords what I am trying to deal with is vectors.
Vapor is a bigger term.
But there is a question here, what is interesting, what something is now, or where it is going? Uncertainty principle applies to atoms. But with blogs, isn't it more interesting to see how they intersect, point at each-other, refer to each-other, have different dimensions intersecting?
I don't think this is contrary to what you are saying but I have been preaching freedom of movement for a while now, freeing us from the shackles of pre-made, hand-made links. We should be able to move in any direction we feel like.
Today we added LinkedIn. Which I expected to be cool but not as cool as it's turning out to be. For my industry at least, it allows me to navigate along the people dimension.
I was just reading TechCrunch. Some important people on some board (Friendster) was mentioned. I double clicked between first and last name. typed 'sel' and got to see what they are all 2 or 3 connections away on Linked In. Powerful.
Linked as a new command on Hyperwords allows me to flip like a Viper in Battlestar Galactica and just zoom along to measure the distance between me and people on the page.
What other useful dimensions are there? What can you think of? You have already discussed navigation strategies. Care to elaborate, with the addition of real hyperwords?
