Today we kept digging. We found some bigger pieces of fresco and cleaned the walls. The superintendent came to inspect our site. We hope she liked it. It started to rain a bit around 3 so we had to stop for the day. It’s supposed to rain for the next two days as well from what I hear. Good thing about the rain though is that it cools it down because it gets really hot here. A bunch of us went up to the city to get some Chinese food for dinner. It was really good and inexpensive. A nice break from pasta, meat, bread, and fruit. It’s the half mark today for the trip. Some OU kids are leaving in two days though. It’s going by so fast.
