Today was fun. We (Trench C) found the rest of the curved wall which means we definitely have a bath complex. We also found a huge chunk of the rest of the lead pipe they found last year. I think trench A had to hold off digging because they had to figure out what was going on in their trench. The debate was whether a rock mass they had found was a collapsed wall or a road.  It began to pour around three so we had to pack up. It was an overall good day although it was tiring. It was soooo hot out. We’re thinking about going to one of the big cities this weekend. The Saint A’s girls were going to go to Pompeii but it got really complicated with trains and hotels so we’ll use Sunday as a catch up day since we have to work Saturday. I’m really excited to go to the Vatican Museum on Monday and get a tour of the forum by Prof. George and Prof. Rulman.
