Judge V. Murray Jordan, sitting in the 216th District Court in Bandera, Texas, signed the Consent Judgment on April 25, 2005, incorporating the Settlement Agreement between over 400+ members of the WPOA who own waterfront property on Medina Lake, and BMA, the water district that operates Medina Dam and stores water in Medina Lake for irrigation and other purposes.
