BOB’S MINIATURE ENGINE SITE

PRESENTED HERE ARE PHOTOS OF MINIATURE INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINES.  SOME ARE COMMERCIALLY MANUFACTURED, BUT MOST ARE BUILT FROM SCRATCH OR FROM “CASTING  SETS” BY VARIOUS HOME BUILDERS.

THIS IS A SMALL HOBBY WITH PERHAPS 5,000 OR SO ENTHUSIASTS.   THE HOBBY DATES BACK OVER A HUNDRED YEARS TO THE BEGINNINGS OF THE INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE.

The photos presented here are pictures of my own engines, pictures taken at the PRIME show in Oregon, the NAMES show in Detroit, and the Men, Metal and Machines show in Visalia, California.
