Mural Application
Murals are generally paid for by the business owner, at times there can be a reduction of cost associated with programs funding we have received. The business owner would then have to pay for a portion of the mural costs.
The mural program is designed to reduce graffiti in our community, whereby utilizing a voice of the youth to participate with the business owner to produce a work of art.
