Isis was created as an extended thought of Motoko Kusanagi in “Ghost In The Shell”. They are rivals of each other. They have very similar physical cyborg body but the "ghosts" inside are completely different. Isis is mysterious. Nobody knows if she is innocent or evil or if she exists on the network or in the real world.

As Isis is a program so strictly speaking it does not have a gender. But somehow I feel that it will appear as a female. When it comes to a breaching work requiring physical contact, she will use her appearance and body.

In the story line she wears a hooded rain coat most of the time. That is based on a hacker character in the original Ghost In The Shell movie. Overall color tone is grey and black to give a cool feeling of a machine.
