Adventures in the Garden...

That´s right. Samuel is sitting in his little pool in his diaper, pants, and shirt. We started watering the Garden, which involved filling up the watering cans from the icky-looking rain water basin. We both got completely soaked, Samuel more than me, and so we ended our watering activities.
After going around the garden a few times, Samuel and I decided to clean out his little wading pool. I blew it up, squirted all the icky stuff out of it, and then filled up a little water for Samuel to splash around in later.
Apparently, it was later. As soon as the water was in, Samuel hopped in and motioned for me to get in, too. I rolled up my very comfy Brooks pants, and we marched a bit in the water. Samuel then decided to sit down, and tried to get me to sit down as well. Needless to say, this didn´t happen, but there was a lot of effort.
Since he was already wet, and enjoyed sitting in the pool in his clothes, I just let him play for a while. I do hope I havn´t set a precedent here though...if I discover him in the pool with other clothes, I may have to hide it for a while... ;)

Later:

We just got back from Loden Frey, where Samuel got socks, Lederhosen, a sweater, and a really cute shirt. Next weekend, we´re going to the parade for the opening of Oktoberfest, and he and I are both going to wear our Bavarian Tracht.

I almost talked myself into getting a dirndl today... It was quite elegant, and inexpenisve, as we were at the Loden Frey outlet store. :) (More pictures on the photo page!)
