The earth is in a current state of turmoil. the ceciren empire carved out of what is left of russia that once trampled its hooves over the uncivilized nations, is now surrounded on all sides. From the west come the cave, plain and forest dwelling tribes, to sack the western empire. To the south come the fanatical middle eastern dynasties, to reclaim their holy land in the name of a great prophet. To the eastern orient comes the great khan warlord of the red horde, with ambitions greater than any ceciren czar. the czar himself, vemulir, is twisted with madness and paranoia. as he continues to push his courtiers and advisors further away, his crumbling empire slips between his fingers like dirt.
