The study of health officials’ actions in Hawaii documents the risky, even deadly, skin-testing procedures used, and the coercive manner in which parents, teachers, and children are fraudulently induced to comply with the State’s medical malpractices.
“The TCP routinely tests low-to-no-risk persons for TB, generates masses of false positives, each victim encouraged to intoxicate themselves further for nine (9) months with dangerous drugs, isoniazid or rifampin,” Dr. Horowitz wrote. “Intelligence and scientific evidence strongly condemns this medical malpractice since 25% of healthy adults taking these drugs for only two months sustain serious injuries generating liver, blood, and/or nervous system pathologies.”
“This case documents institutionalized fraud as well as gross criminal negligence, due to the absence of risk-to-benefit studies, and lacking scientific support for testing low-to-no-risk persons,” Dr. Horowitz concluded.
Science and the media’s general neglect of these deadly matters of public health should be everyone’s concern. For this reason Dr. Horowitz calls for activists and legislators in every state to help expose, thus prevent, this TB testing malfeasance. Only this, he says, will stop “this profitable contrivance of TB skin testing masquerading as legitimate public health practice.”
