Hello fellow Ft. Clarke Falcons! My name is Jessica Leeman and this 2007-2008 school year is my first year here at Ft. Clarke. I spent the past three years teaching at Snellville Middle School, in a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia. While at Snellville I taught 7th grade Geography and 8th grade Gifted Georgia/American History. Before I moved to Georgia, I was a student at the University of Florida, in Gainesville, Florida. I earned a Bachelors Degree in History and a Masters in Secondary Social Studies Education. I am certified in Florida to teach social studies to grades 6-12. I am also certified to teach Gifted courses. I grew up in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, and I graduated from Fort Walton Beach High School. (Proud High School of Danny Wuerffel) I was a captain of my high school dance team, and had the opportunity to dance in two Super Bowls, Hawaii, France, Italy, and London. When I’m not teaching. I enjoy spending time with my husband, Mike, and our two dogs, Ginger and Jackson. I love to read, fish, camp, cook, and cheer on the Florida, Gators! I am a huge sports fan!   My favorite book is “To Kill A Mocking Bird”.   I love animals, especially dogs!  I wish.. I wish I could draw, but I’ve never been very good at it.  My favorite sports team: the Florida Gators!  -Camping -Playing Board Games -Cooking -Dancing -Listening to Music -Technology -Exercising -Going to the Beach -Hanging out with my husband and dogs  What’s my name? My favorites are football and basketball, but I love baseball as well. I really enjoy all sports! I’m a huge sports fan (Go Gators!)
