Master Z - Headmaster/Instructor

Master Z of Dallas is a well-known Dominant, Presenter and Leader in the Leather and BDSm scene.  He and his alpha slaveboy tony were the International Master and slave in 2004 and traveled all over the United States and Canada making presentations on the Master/slave and Leather lifestyle.  Master Z is also the owner of slave bill and slave kiki and has slave ed of Tucson currently in service.

Master Z is Chairman of the Board of Directors   for Butchmanns, Inc. and the Director of the Butchmanns Weekend Experience.  He is also the Producer and HeadMaster for boys Training Camps and Co-Producer of Masters Retreat.  In 2008, Master Z joined the Board of Directors for NCSF.

Master Z was the recipient of the “Masters Heart Award” in 2006 and the “Leatherman’s Heart Award” in 2004.  He is one of the Head of Household for the Texas Leather Tribe; a Leather family he shares responsibility for with his wonderful Leather Brother, Master Roy of Houston.

Master Z is eternally grateful to his mentors, the late Master Dean Walradt and the late boy Patrick Chees, who taught him much of the Leather protocols and rituals that he cherishes today.  Master Z is certain that his Leather Journey and BDSm experiences are directly related to his Spiritual Path.

Master Roy - Co-Producer/Instructor

Master Roy is a leatherman currently residing in Houston, Texas.  Master Roy is the head of the Houston House of the Texas Leather Tribe has been involved in the leather lifestyle/BDSM community for 8+ years.  Master Roy has presented at numerous leather/kink aware events.  His primary areas of interest include:

In 2002 Master Roy came on board as producer of the Masters Retreats as requested by Master Dean Walradt.

In 2009 Master Roy was the recipient of Butchmann’s “Leatherman’s Heart Award” presented at Southwest Leather Conference in Phoenix, Arizona.

boy don - Camp Counselor

boy don, in service to Master Roy, has been in the lifestyle since the mid 80's when he took his first adventure at the AA Meat Market in Chicago.  There he fell in love with what he saw and found a life journey were he felt most comfortable.

boy don is into protocol, table service and boot blacking.  Among some of don’s hobbies are housekeeping, making floggers, wood working, and gardening.

boy don was a student at boy’s training camp 4 and 5, a counselor at bTC 7 and taught leather care at Masters Retreat.  boy has has also been a part of the High Leather Dinner at Masters Retreat.  boy teaches table service in his local community of Houston.

slave ~she is a bisexual poly female slave honored to be serving  her Master Barton for the last eight  and a half years.

She has been actively participating in the BDSM and M/s communities since 1998. slave ~she is an active member of many clubs and organizations in her new  home state of Texas as well as in the neighboring state of Louisiana .

boy nick - Camp Counselor

boy nick is a bi-poly-pagan-kinky-gamer-geek in service to Miss Chrysty for the last four years, and happily married for the last eleven years. He is currently a board member of EROS - a pansexual BDSM group in Houston, and is also an

active member of NLA-Houston.

boy nick loves to bootblack and organise camping events to benefit local charities, and when not doing that he likes learning, laughing, pants, camping, bowling, ninja-service, playing video games and connecting with people.

He attended bTC7 as a student, and is honored to be able to give back as a counselor for bTC8.

He has served as judge’s boy for Mr. Texas Leather 2004, Mr. & Ms. South Plains 2004, Sooner State 2004 International Master & slave 2005 and International Community boot black 2007.  He has served as assistant tally master for International Deaf Leather 2004 and Ms. World 2004.  He attended boys training camp 5 & 6, serving on staff of Boys Training Camp 7. He served on Beyond Vanilla 14 & 16 planning committee. He co-produced the Dallas boys of Leather's North Texas Leather Sir/boy 2006 contest, served on the board member of Flesh and Fantasy (Dallas) from 2005-2007 and was the judges and presenter liason for South Plains Leather Fest in 2006.  He was head judge for Mr. San Diego 2007, judged South Central Leather Sir/boy 2005, Great Plains Olympus 2008 and Mr. Texas Leather 2009

He was a member of Dallas boys of Leather, serving as President from 2004-2006 and 2007-2008.  He is a member of NLA-Dallas, NLA-International and The Leather Knights, currently serving as Event Coordinator for the Leather knights.  He is collared to his partner Daddy Jeff.

slave bill - Camp slave

slave bill has been a member of the Leather Community since 1985, when he joined the Atons of Minneapolis after his tour of duty with the US Marine Corps. bill  has organized and produced events throughout the country, including Gay Bands of America Concert at the University of Minnesota, Auntie Helens Night of Stars in San Diego, Gay Leathermen of San Diego events, Southwest Leather Conference in Phoenix, Arizona and Leather Sir/leather boy contests in Las Vegas , Nevada and Phoenix, Arizona. bill was also a part of Butchmanns Retreat for 5 years as cook and bottle washer  as well as boys Training Camp for the weekend retreats.  bill was a member of the LeatherLords for 6 years in Phoenix, Arizona,  Phoenix boys of Leather, Dallas boys of Leather, and Tucson Area Levi Leathermen.  bill also helped organize the  Gay Motorcycle Poker Run in Las Vegas for 2 years. As an owner of the Phoenix Eagle Bar, he helped to raise over $35,000.00 for the community through charitable events at the bar.

slave bill has been collared to Master Z for 5 years, and now resides in Dallas, Texas. he is currently working as Vice President of Productions for a Reality Television Show.

Justin Tanis - Keynote Speaker/Facilitator

Justin Tanis has been enjoying SM for over 20 years and has served as a slave for more than 12 years. He is the editor of The Leather Times, the newsletter of the Leather Archives & Museum and was honored to receive the 2008 Pantheon of Leather Rocky Mountain Regional Award. He is a graduate of the Journeyman II Academy, a controversial 18-month long leather training program in San Francisco in the mid-1990s. He has presented at a wide range of leather events including Leather Leadership Conference, Southplains Leatherfest, the Master/slave Conference, Los Angeles Leather Weekend and Rio Grande Leather. He lives in Washington , DC , where he works for a non-profit doing community education and advocacy. He is honored to be in service to Jack McG.

boy steve - Camp Counselor

boysteve:  i entered the leather world and began my BDSM journey in September 2004 when i was collared by Daddy Lou.  In December 2004 i relocated from Montana to Dallas, TX to live with my Daddy and proudly remain in His service. 

While in Montana i spent several years working for Missoula AIDS Council, a non-profit organization in Western Montana.  While working with Missoula AIDS Council i worked as a Housing Coordinator, an HIV Prevention Coordinator and as the Executive Director. During this time i was awarded the Governor’s Award for “Living Well With HIV”.

When i relocated to Texas i made a career change.  i now work in banking as a Customer Service Manager where i am frequently reminded the best customer service is provided when approached from a “servant” mentality.

i am Gulf Coast Leatherboy 2008 and had the pleasure of representing the Gulf Coast region at ILSb 2008 in San Francisco.

As a submissive i promote and embrace the belief that true submission is a choice of strength, not a reaction to weakness.
