Just decided you all should have an idea why I thought Dirty Kitchen was a good band name and also show examples of the food I love to cook! I have a ton of recipes and thoughts about good grub and fine wine... Music and grub always bring people together, so why not, right?


The picture on the left is a mushroom, bread crumb, and cream cheese stuffed pork that was first marinated overnight in a pineapple teriyaki sauce. The green veg is bok choy that was wok cooked with garlic, ginger and chili oil. Finished with a thai style red chili sauce. Yum Yum!!!

 

The Dirty Kitchen is really clean!
