That Friend is Jesus because Jesus was willing to die on the cross for us so He is willing to be our Friend. In John 15:13 it says “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.” That Man that was willing to lay down His life for His friends was Jesus.

To be a good friend back to Jesus we must love good and godly friends because it says in James 4:4 “Ye adulterers and adulteresses know ye not that friendship with the world is enmity with God. Whoso therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.”

To keep the right types of friends you should try to be willing to please God not man. You should also treat your body  like a temple for God because in First Corinthians 6:19 it says, “What? know ye not that your body is the temple of God and ye are not your own?”

If your friends do not agree with that, it means they are not really your friends.

“The Lord is important to me because He gave His Son to die for me. To show His love Jesus was hit and whipped for me. The Bible says, if you are not saved you will spend eternity in Hell. If you are saved you will go to Heaven. I love the Lord!

“The Lord is important to me because He is the One who saved me. I do not know where I would be if I did not know Jesus as my personal Saviour.

I do know I would be lost in sin. I am very thankful for Him and all He did for me. (John 3:13)

God is the One. If I am having trouble I always go to Him in prayer. I am happy I am saved and I know when I die I am waiting to face my God in Heaven, face to face.

I am thankful for the small things we take for granted every day, like air, water, food and more. God is the Creator of all things and He is the Creator that created me.
