•Laura Marie is looking for girls from high school seniors to little ones that will be photographed in beautiful spring apple blossoms.

•Bring a fancy dress-- something whimsical to compliment the blossoms. Lighter colors may be best; OR bring something funky and unexpected for a fashion look –be creative!

•Senior girls please bring your makeup (have makeup & hair done, but I may add makeup or adjust hair to the look we are going for).

•Seniors: Remember to schedule your senior session! Times are filling up quickly. Additional images from the blossom shoot can be ordered at your senior session ordering appointment-- check out available sessions on website under Seniors Sessions/Events at www.lauramariephotography.com

•All Blossom Session models may order additional images... through web site (details will
be given at appointment time)

• There will be morning and evening mini-sessions available and each one will last approx. 15-20 minutes.

tile that i obsessed over for months...

i finally found the tile for my kitchen after first discovering it two years ago. it was the only tile that i loved even after looking at store after store, tile after tile and website after website. the first problem was that the store that carried it had since gone out of business (as it took me quite a while to be sure it was the one) and i could find no one that had MY tile! so the search went on for about three months, until i was able to find the exact tile that i had been dreaming of. i know obsessing over tile is maybe not normal, but then again, most things i do are not normal! my dad and husband and i installed heat in the floor (that’s another story) and then my dad laid my beautiful tile. it’s just how i imagined it and now for the rest of the kitchen and new obsessions. i think i’ll focus on lighting and cabinets next... –lauramarie

it just may be happening... finally... we have the backhoe here today digging! so next step is the plumber and then installation. how exciting!

Ok, so I’ve jumped on the band wagon and am exploring the joys of web logging.The studio continues to become an inspiring, creative atmosphere-- on the to do list this weekend, pink, cobalt blue and daffodil yellow, this could be interesting... Also on the list is one of my favorite studio jobs... antiquing! I’m planning on finding a few funky and intriguing props for my upcoming senior class. In the next few weeks my new framing room will be constructed and completed (we’ll see about completed). The new bathroom and changing room are also on the project list and should be completed in a month or so. It’s good to have goals, right? I will be documenting my new construction as well as my dreams of a loft space in my vaulted studio area. All in good time...
