Coffeehouse is a two hour musical - specifically designed for private Christian high schools. The story is set in the late ‘60s with music ranging in style from the Mamas & Papas to Blood Sweat and Tears.
Tina, a high school senior, decides to take a stand for her beliefs.
Larry, the composer, was profoundly impacted by the Jesus People Revolution as a teenager and formed a folk rock band - the Sound of Light - which played in coffeehouses throughout the Vancouver area for 4 years.
