2008 marks a change for us.  Rather than riding our recumbent tandem tricycle to New London and then taking a ferry to Block Island, we joined the ranks of mainstream America and (gasp) drove to the Block Island Ferry.  The van remains on the mainland and we are enjoying two weeks on the island with our single recumbent tricycles.  This year’s blog recounts a bit of the history of what happened before our trip and will share some of this year’s sights of Block Island.
