Q: When do we meet?
A: AM / SUNRISE FLIGHT - About 1/2 hour before sunrise
PM / SUNSET FLIGHT - About 2 1/2 hours before sunset

Q: Where do we meet?
A: For the 4th consecutive year we are proud to host our guests at The Lake Geneva Pie Company. Owned & operated by John, Martha and Jennifer Adams, the Lake Geneva Pie Company has great food to top off your special balloon adventure.

Q: How will we find out if we are flying?
A: AM / SUNRISE FLIGHT - We will call you with a wake-up call if the flight is a “go”. The wake-up call will be pre-arranged with you the night before your flight. We usually call around 7PM the night prior to a flight to make final arrangements (ie. final weather briefing, wake-up time and answering last minute questions). The wake-up call will be early enough to assure your arrival at our meeting spot (The Lake Geneva Pie Co.) at least 30 minutes prior to sunrise. IF THERE IS NO FLIGHT, WE WILL NOT CALL YOU.
A: PM / SUNSET FLIGHT - In the case of the PM Flight, we will call you with at approximately 1PM the day of your flight to make final arrangements (ie. final weather briefing, meeting time and answering last minute questions). We will want you to arrive for your flight at least 2.5 hours prior to sunset.

Q: What should we wear on our balloon flight?
A: You should dress for the weather forecast for the surface that day. Dress in layers so that you can add or shed layers as appropriate. DO NOT WEAR SKIRTS, HIGH HEELED SHOES, OR SANDALS. You should wear either sneakers or boots. Long sleeves and pants are ideal. We also suggest a ball cap because the burner can radiate heat that might be uncomfortable on the top of the head.
