The Easy Wind Balloon Team was founded 10 years ago. The first two members of the team were Sarah Zielsdorf and Cassandra Remy, two 7th graders who lived on my street. The first crew chief was Tiffany Buckner, a college student I met when I crewed for Sunbird Balloons.
Over the years the names and faces have changed. We’ve had dozens of people crew for us over the years and they all had one thing in common, a love for the sport and art of hot air ballooning.
