Xocai (sho-sigh) is a new product that combines the health benefits of dark Belgian chocolate with the antioxidants in blueberries and acai berries. Dark chocolate actually starts out healthy due to its high antioxidant content, but most companies process it and dilute it to the point that it’s simply candy.  Xocai tastes great, but it’s not candy; it’s a health food that tastes like a yummy treat.

 

What really sets Xocai apart from its competitors is its patented cold process system.  Xocai is 70% cacao but because it’s cold processed, it doesn’t compare to other 70% cacao products.  Most cacao is heated, which removes between 67-80% of its nutrients.  Xocai’s cold process system leaves those nutrients intact.  But the company didn’t stop there.  They then added blueberries and the acai berry making it even higher in antioxidants.  One nugget has all the antioxidants found in _ pound of spinach!
