The Pope is a nut-job.  He has apparently said that Protestant Christians do not belong to “proper churches” and that the Orthodox church suffers from a “wound” because it does not recognize the primacy of the Pope – and this wound is “still more profound” in Protestant denominations.

 

So let’s think about this – if you don’t have a Pope…I mean THE Pope…then you’re not a church?  Really?  So if all those millions don’t have churches, then does the very idea of ecumenicalism even exist any more (in the eyes of the Vatican)?  How can anyone work on the unity of the Christian churches if only one exists?
