CHOMPS

We didn’t have a dishwasher or garbage disposal, and the 40’s gas stove sometimes exploded instead of lighting. The rescue fridge dimmed the light bulb in the kitchen every time it kicked on. We weren’t the most likely hosts for regular dinner parties. But we did have this big front room in the old store, good friends who cooked well, and a big stack of paper plates.
CHOMPS was born.
We graduated from standing around with paper plates to a sit down dinner
with real dishes when the great food demanded more respect.
