We may be having a drought in California, but at least it keep the damage to the battlefield to a minimum.  Nice weather and rumors of a film crew drew a large crowd of tankers.  We had 19 drives, and 14 -16 tanks running at one time.  It is a good thing that we had a redesigned and enlarged battlefield to deal with all that armor running around.  We saw Ron’s KV-1 and Merle’s mighty pachyderm (the Ferdinand) battling for the first time.  Darrin has his Mk III armored car up and running.  All it needs is a battle system.  Hopefully there should be some “professionally shot” video of this battle day to view in the near future.
