Kris Arnold is an award-winning writer/actor/director who made his TV debut on “Homicide:  Life on the Street” in a recurring role as bounty hunter P.J. Johnson.  Additionally, he performed roles on “The West Wing,” “As the World Turns,” & “The Wire,” and multiple roles for “America’s Most Wanted.”  Recently, he filmed scenes with Mel Gibson and Jodie Foster for a major motion picture directed by Ms. Foster.

His short films have appeared in festivals from New York to Los Angeles.  Besides having co-written several screenplays, including HollywoodScript.com award winner “Two-Minute Heist,” Kris co-wrote and edited the TV pilot “Heads or Tails,” and his first play, “Love Trap,” was produced at the Source Theatre in Washington, DC.

The National Film Challenge presented him with two awards for Best Action Adventure and Best Use of Character for his short film “Trevor.”  FADE IN Magazine named him a finalist in its screen-test competition two years in a row.  Kris won Best Directorial Debut in a NYC film festival for his work on “Two-Minute Heist”.

Kris can be seen in the upcoming feature film “AN AMERICAN AFFAIR,” a JFK-era drama in which he plays a love interest opposite Gretchen Mol.

I’m going to leave this world the way I entered it, only heavier.
