COSTUME DESIGN by KRESTA LINS
COSTUME DESIGN by KRESTA LINS
I grew up singing, dancing, and acting. As a performer, I was very aware of the transformative power of clothing. A good costume can transport an actor and audience to a different place and time. Costumes speak volumes about a character before they say a word; time of year, where they live, what they do, social status, happy or sad, good or bad, creative or not...
It is the challenge of meeting the needs of the actor, director, character and story that I love so much
and what makes my job so interesting
and exciting. I feel very blessed to be in
such a creative industry!
