It’s about halfway between summer and fall, and we’ve been keeping quite busy.  We made a trip to Allentown, PA, to visit David’s parents and sister.  Rosie was on the local swim team.  Lily was crawling all over the place and learned to stand on her own.  We celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary by going to “A Christmas Story” House located in lovely Cleveland, OH.  School starts in about two weeks, so we’ll have another update sometime in October!
David started a different blog on Wordpress.com.  Check it out to see my thoughts on our “A Christmas Story” expedition.  Also, there are more photos located here.

Well, we’re averaging one update every two months, so here we go.  Lily is almost crawling and can scoot around the floor pretty well.  She’s been eating banana, greens beans, rice cereal, and some carrots.  She turned seven months old on Monday and weighs over 20 lbs. about the same as the cats :)
Rosie finished Kindergarten and dance class earlier in June and bridged from Daisy Scout to Brownie earlier today!  She’ll be six years old on Wednesday and has her first loose tooth!  Her first swim meet is next Saturday.
David and Anna are just trying to keep up and get enough sleep.  They’ll be celebrating their 9th anniversary on August 1st.  Time keeps on ticking, ticking into the future...

In the two months since the last posting Lily has gotten baptized, taken her first family road trip, started sitting up, celebrated her first Easter, and has tasted her first sip of rice cereal.
Amidst this excitement, the rest of us just sort of keep doing the same things we always do.

Needless to say, life is as busy as ever. We made it through the holidays and are now experiencing a full blown northern winter.
Lily is now 3 months old and we just got around to uploading some pictures from the past few months with her. She is a content baby who has blue eyes and is delightfully pudgy. We are all loving (and appreciating) every moment! She is now around 16 pounds and starting to giggle.
Rosie is halfway through Kindergarten already and reading and writing up a storm! The class just celebrated their 100th day of school!
David is now in a full-time chemist position at Sherwin-Williams in their automotive division. We are grateful that he found a job finally and that it is with a good company.
Anna stays at home with Rosie and Lily and tries to make sure everyone is taken care of. She couldn’t do it without the support she receives just about every day from her parents.

Lilliana Faith Miller arrived yesterday at 7:20pm!  She is 8 pounds, 8 ounces and 19.5” long.  Everyone is doing fine!  Click on the above “Photos” link for more pictures.

Basically –
Rosie is an official kindergartner and loving it! Dave is still looking for a full time job, but is having better luck and snagging some interviews. Anna continues to grow and is trying to prepare for the baby’s arrival.

Highlights since May:
• It’s a girl! (she’ll arrive in November)
• Rosie turned 5 years old! David turned 35 years old!
• The Miller family survived the moving process (so far)! Now we’re just havin’ fun doing anything but unpacking!

To sum up recent and upcoming events, the Miller family is growing one member larger later this year and will be on the move to Ohio this summer. In the meantime, life is as hectic as ever tying up loose ends and living life.
