Click the slide show above for a fun view! Apophysis / Fractals is something I have just recently discovered from a friend we all call “Mister X” or “X” for short. It is a program to make some out of this world art pieces and designs. I am going to have to figure out the best way to explain it once I actually understand it myself. Anyway, I am just learning how these work and how to make them. I am not making anything nearly as Kewl as Mister X and others that have already become Experts and Masters. If you like you can go to www.MisterX.ca and check out some very kewl Fractals. Believe me it is worth you time, not to mention all the other stuff to check out while your there! Once you are in his site: click on Fractals and then go into his “Fractal Gallery”. They are creating these on PC’s, believe it or not it does not work as well on a Mac’s?????? That surprises the you know what out of me. They can make them much more clear and crisp. I am now waiting with abated breath for a better Mac version of the program. I am just learning how to make these so they should start to improve over time, these are kind of just beginner designs!!!!! Well, at least I hope so. When you go to www.MisterX.ca you see what I mean. Mean time I am going insane trying to figure out how they are making such wildly, crazy, kewl fractals!!!! Just a note: I find that I like the ones that could be huge paintings the best. I am actually working on how I could go about duplicating them into paintings on some very large canvas.
