The teacher who I wrote about was my choir teacher, who has inspired me to become a teacher because of his dedication and urge to get to know who his students are as individuals.  He was one of the only teachers I knew who cared for his students as if we were a part of his extended family.  Most importantly, he never embarrassed any of his students and was a constant support system I could turn to when I needed guidance.
