I choose my high school music teacher, Mr. Dan Van Sickle for two main reasons. The first reason is because Mr. Van Sickle saught to connect with each of his students and create a personal, friendship based relationship. The second reason is because Mr. Van Sickle believed in my abilities s a singer, so he pushed me to succeed where I thought I could not.
