“Bewhiskered”
6 x 6” oil on masonite

After spending a long morning sketching out my large painting - I had to scale down and paint a little piece before I started on the big one. I think I’m a bit daunted by what’s ahead of me.

This painting is a scene from the Art Institute of Chicago - one of those perfect moments when a handsome man stands next to a portrait of another bearded man. I’m mortified that I can’t tell you who painted this painting - I’m almost positive it’s a Picasso. I’m hoping someone will know and write me.  I would greatly appreciate knowing.
