I watched the waitstaff dressing the tables at a special, little restaurant called Lumiere - part of the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute. The kitchen and dining room are run by the students and teachers - standards are as high as you’ll ever see. Top-notch menu and service and a waiting-list to eat there that’s minimum two months long.
