In the absence of a daily painting today, I’m offering this piece that I’ve held onto. It seems timely - a candid portrait of an immigrant, resting on
the bench alongside the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
I guess I feel strongly for peoples’ pursuit to make a better life
for themselves. After all, I wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for my
great-grandfather’s ambitions.
