I started painting three years ago and I can’t say I’ve painted one single flower. I just never thought to. It’s a lot like
painting fabric - each pedal has it’s own folds and color and shadow. I really enjoyed doing this little piece. I’m sure I’ll do more. And it’s a great excuse to bring home fresh flowers.
