The structure of garlic is just fascinating to me - one of the many miracles that grows in the dirt. It’s
an essential part of my cooking, probably from growing up in a household that constantly smelled of garlic and onion sauteing in olive oil. I tried several colors for the background and wasn’t happy until I used this rich tomato-sauce-like red.
