a good word for my friend, Mark
I’ve been working on a painting all day - not quite finished with it yet - so
I’ll use tonight’s entry to highlight Mark Oberndorf’s wonderful, small paintings he’s been auctioning on eBay. It’s remarkable how detailed these
little gems are - but besides that, they have a whimsical (not candy at all), nostalgic and dreamy feel to them - as if you’ve stepped into Pleasantville.
I love them. And I just wanted to sway some people his way.
