Our thirty years of experience analyzing markets for banks and telecommunications and information technology suppliers enables us to quickly determine the issues important to customers. Our cable TV, webcasts, studies, newsletter and Michael Killen’s speeches demonstrate our ability to educate.

Litigation Support:
Michael Killen is a contemporary expert of the pre-1996 IT image processing environment—the pre DataTreasury patent environment. His four books, including “SAA Image Processing” McGraw-Hill (1991), series of five cable TV programs on IT image processing (1988), and a study on this topic (circa 1985) established Killen as an expert of an earlier time and demonstrates his ability to simplify complex topics.

Killen is also an expert on payment systems, check processing, credit cards, electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP), and electronic invoice presentment and payment (EIPP).

Studies:
Killen & Associates produces one or two new multi-client studies per year and maintains an inventory of studies published in prior years. In earlier years the company published as many twenty studies per year.
