The halfway point between Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice occurs on the “Il Giorno della Morte”, or the “Day of the Dead”.  November 1st is a national holiday in Italy, where people gather and pay respect to their ancestors.  This day is a day of rememberance, where the veils between the dead and the living become thinner - where one can tune in towards the energy orfthose in the after world.  Join us for a week of a deep, contemplative, yet celebrative yoga practise, with pranayama, meditation and asana.  Le Torrace Retreat Centre is located in Valfabbrica, just 10 minutes from the extraordinarly beautiful town of Assisi, known as the home of the famous St. Francis of Assisi.  One day will be taken to sightsee in Assisi where we will enjoy a leisurely meal of tradional Umbrian cuisine.  This gorgeous retreat centre is ideal for yoga, rest & relaxation, where there are many walking trails throughout for hiking and exploring.

Retreat includes 2 yoga classes a day, single or shared accomodation, and 3 meals a day.
