Therapeutics/Gentle Basics

A gentle approach to slowly release stress and tension held in the body. Excellent for those who are pregnant, stressed, fatigued, with chronic neck and back pain, and other conditions such as fibromyalgia, arthiritis and depression. Emphasis is placed on deep healing and releasing. Classes includes meditation, breathwork and mind-body awareness.

Level I/II

A mixed level class for everyone.  Includes a mindful, meditative vinyasa flow of standing and sitting postures, as well as inversions.  Classes include meditation and breathwork.

Sunday Sangha (April 26, May 3 & 10, June 7)

MON & WED - Level I/II

A mixed level class for everyone. Includes a meditative vinyasa flow of standing & seated twists, inversions,hip openers, backbending, and a more rigorous rhythm of surya namaskar, inversions, standing and sitting poses.  Includes partner work, pranayama & meditation.

Prepare for the summer months by practising invigorating asanas - standing & seated twists, inversions, backbending, hip openers, and a more rigorous rhythm of surya namaskar. These 3 hour intensives will incorporate all the skills and knowledge that were covered during the previous autumn & winter sessions, including the practise of silence, and deepening studentship. Each session includes a combination of pranayama, meditation & mantra.

TUES - Level I/Therapeutics

Yoga for those who are just learning, and for those who already have a practise but have injuries and are in need of therapeutic alignment.  Includes a meditative vinyasa flow of standing & seated twists, inversions,hip openers, backbending.
