Welcome to the CCA Art Page

I created this site last year so that students would have access to the art we will be studying throughout the year. This year we will use the same process. I have updated the site and changed the password so make sure you bookmark this site on your home computer. Each art project requires that 7th and 8th grade students use the source material found on this site. For the 9th and 10th grade this site will help with paper writing, discussion sessions, movie reviews and test material.

The 7th and 8th grade class will have 2 fine art semesters. We will cover drawing, 2D design, sculpture and photography. The 9th and 10th grade will have 1 semester of film history and 1 semester of film/media studies. The final project for the 9th and 10th grade will be the creation of a movie. 7th and 8th graders may participate in the creation of these movies as well.
