February through October: $1250/week, $2300/2 weeks, $3700/4 weeks. ($200 per night for additional nights.)
November through January: $1500/week, $2700/2 weeks, $4500/4 weeks. ($225 per night for additional nights.)

Casa del Sol (all prices in US Dollars):
Nightly Rate: $75.
Weekly Rate: $500/week, $900 for 2 weeks, $1700/month.
