Fair Play’s Petition
to the Fayetteville School Board
 
We request that the Fayetteville Public School Board and Administration formally recognize the need for unstructured play (recess) for elementary and middle school children during the school day.   As a specific action in support of this position, we request that the School Board direct the school administration to ensure that children are receiving as much recess and lunch time as allowable by Arkansas State Law, currently one hour per day.
